Delete your account
You can delete your Spend App account, and the data linked to it, at any time. Enter the email address you use for Spend and we'll send you a link to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and sign-in details
- Your accounts, transactions, budgets, bills, subscriptions and savings goals
- Your financial health check results
- Any businesses you own, with their sales, invoices, expenses, inventory and customer records
If you're a team member on someone else's business, you're removed from it. The business itself stays with its owner.
When it happens
Your account is closed as soon as you confirm: you're signed out on all devices and stop receiving notifications. Your data is then permanently removed from our systems within 90 days. Records we must keep by law may be held longer, as described in our privacy policy.
